When you recived your product key you also recived a URL that contains links to the product download. Contact your Singlewire sales representative if you do not have the URL and password, or if you need help.
Our video, Getting Started with InformaCast, will take you through the download process and get you on your way to using InformaCast.
We have extensive documentation to help you install InformaCast or any of our other products. To access the user guide for any one of our applications, first click on the Support link at the top of the page, then select the product you are installing.

After downloading InformaCast, if you run into a problem please visit the Singlewire Knowledge Base, available to anyone who downloads a 30 day free trial of InformaCast or purchases Singlewire extended maintenace contract.
