Remote Phone Testing and Training with Singlewire RemotePhoneControl

Singlewire RemotePhoneControl for viewing Cisco IP phones
Singlewire RemotePhoneControl on iOS

RemotePhoneControl allows you to view a Cisco IP phone from your workstation, regardless of your location or that of the telephone. You can remotely troubleshoot a phone and show end users how to perform specific phone functions.

RemotePhoneControl is different from Cisco’s SoftPhone (which provides an actual telephone on your PC) in that RemotePhoneControl actually remotely controls the telephone for testing, troubleshooting, and training purposes.

RemotePhoneControl is ideal for:

  • IP telephone administrators with phones in multiple facilities or locations
  • IP telephone administrators for large organizations
  • Companies with frequent travelers, as RemotePhoneControl allows road warriors to check for missed calls and waiting messages without dialing into the voicemail system

You can use RemotePhoneControl on:

iOS

RemotePhoneControl is available for purchase via the iTunes App Store
