Click the above tab to learn about your options.

InformaCast Mobile Security Groups

The identity provider requests your username and password, which it then uses to authenticate you with InformaCast Mobile. If you have an existing platform listed below you will get single sign-on functionality. If you don't, Singlewire can be your Identity provider by utilizing the Singlewire Identity Provider.

Select your authentication type from below and send the required information to

Google Apps (Google OpenID Connect)
If your organization is using Google Apps, Google OpenID Connect is your most convenient option because you won’t need to run additional software and you will have single sign-on.

Before importing multiple users at once, you must create a user loader and its tags, which will map to distribution lists and security groups.

Loading Users into InformaCast Mobile
Setting Security Groups
All users may receive notifications without being a member of any security group and there is a default sender security group within InformaCast Mobile for users who wish to send and receive broadcasts/messages. This is an explicit group, and requires an administrator to assign this security group to specified users.
For additional information on Security Groups and how to assign users to specific groups, please visit Add Members to a Security Group

Once you have InformaCast Mobile setup, you can integrate InformaCast Mobile to InformaCast Advanced Notification by reviewing these steps and instructions.

  • Successful installation of InformaCast 8.5.1 or later
  • Valid InformaCast license key that includes the InformaCast Mobile plugin
  • Outbound public Internet access for InformaCast on HTTPS (443 TCP) for connectivity to the InformaCast Mobile infrastructure
