Madison, Wis. – Oct. 20, 2022 – For the fourth time, Singlewire Software, a leading mass notification and critical event management technology developer, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Madison by Madison Magazine. The company is one of five mid-sized companies with 25-99 employees that were recognized in the program. Only 20 Madison companies were selected based on survey results analyzed by Quantum Workplace that took into account factors such as communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.

Whether it’s the software we develop or the culture we foster, people are at the center of everything we do,” said Paul Shain, CEO and president of Singlewire Software. “To be recognized for a fourth time as one of Madison’s Best Place to Work emphasizes our consistent commitment to cultivating an environment that listens and responds to our employee feedback.”

The results of the survey showed that “flexible” was the top word Singlewire employees used to describe the company work environment. This is due in part to the company’s decision not to mandate a return to work following in-person COVID-19 restrictions being lifted. While some employees have chosen to return to the office, others are working fully remotely while others have chosen to embrace the hybrid model. The company has continued to grow as it expands the capabilities of its award-winning InformaCast mass notification and critical event management software.

Our mission is to develop tools that allow organizations to keep their people safe and informed no matter the circumstances,” said Shain. “We’ve built a team that understands the importance of that mission and embraces it in the work they do every day.”

In addition to three previous recognitions by Madison Magazine as a Best Place to Work, Singlewire was recognized as a Top Workplace by the Wisconsin State Journal in 2021 and 2022, and by Inc. Magazine in 2019. To learn more about Singlewire Software and career opportunities available with the company, visit www.singlewire.com/careers.
