Supported Releases

Support is available for general setup/configuration questions. Troubleshooting Application and OS-level issues will only be performed on currently supported versions.

Singlewire Maintenance and Support Terms require Customer’s installation and continued use of only the then-current version of each item of Covered Software (InformaCast Advanced, InformaCast Fusion, InformaCast Desktop Notifier, etc.)

Customers have a transition period of up to twenty-four (24) months from the release of the newer version of such Covered Software to install and begin using the same exclusively. 

Review the table below and follow the necessary steps to upgrade your InformaCast Advanced Server(s) and InformaCast Fusion Server(s) accordingly prior to the end of support date.
