Singlewire offers a dedicated support staff to help solve issues and answer questions should they arise. In addition, we provide a Support Community with knowledge articles and that provide insight into common obstacles and remedies concerning our mass notification software and solutions.

Customers with active software maintenance contracts or subscriptions are able to access our notification software updates and open cases with our technical support team.

Where can I find documentation for installing/configuring and using InformaCast?

How do I migrate from InformaCast Advanced to InformaCast Fusion?

There are two main components to migrating, licensing and the technical migration itself. For licensing questions, contact our sales team and they will provide you with a quote to move from your annual software maintenance contract to an annual  InformaCast Fusion subscription.

For the technical migration, we have a migration page and a migration blog post that describe the process, as well as a migration tool that will lessen the burden of getting your data from your Advanced server to your Fusion cloud instance.

When upgrading my InformaCast version, at what point do I need a new license key?

Singlewire Software issues license keys for InformaCast Advanced Notification with an assigned MaxVersion. View and manage your InformaCast license from Control Center on your InformaCast server.

If the version of InformaCast you plan to upgrade to is higher, you will need a new license key.

See the following knowledge articles in the Singlewire Support Community which will provide you with more specifics:

Where can I learn more about what is required from my organization for each identity provider?

Additional details on each identity provider can be found in our InformaCast Mobile Prerequisites document.

If I have Active Directory (AD), do I already have Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)?

Not necessarily. Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) is a separate Windows component.
