Zoom Phone is a cloud phone system built on the Zoom platform. Zoom Phone customers can integrate with InformaCast to gain full access to InformaCast’s mobile and on-premises alerting capabilities, as well as InformaCast CallAware to receive alerts when someone dials an emergency number from a Zoom phone (often 911). When a notification is triggered from a Zoom Phone it can be delivered to an ecosystem of connected devices and systems, sending text, audio, and visual messages to other phones, IP speakers, desktop computers, digital signage, and mobile devices. Messages can be preconfigured to address any urgent situations an organization may face.

Please be aware of the requisites required for this integration:

  • Zoom Account Team must submit a request for the Generic Device flag to be enabled (see here for more info).
  • Customers must sign a Generic Device agreement with Zoom to enable this feature on their Zoom account.
  • Customers must have at least one “paid” calling plan assigned to the Singlewire device registering to Zoom.
  • Active InformaCast Fusion subscription with Singlewire Software
