Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I grew up in Wausau, Wis., attending Wausau East High School. After finishing high school, I was a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I graduated in May of 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, Investment & Banking. In addition to my schooling, I have previously been a Marketing Intern at a YMCA summer camp, Business Development Intern at Singlewire Software in the summer of 2017, and a Sales Intern at CDW.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

At Singlewire, I am a Business Development Intern. I work under Jeff Wilczewski. My primary focus has been working on quoting renewal contracts. I have additionally been reaching out to customers via phone and email to renew past-due contracts.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

The aspect of Singlewire that I enjoy the most is the company culture. The friendly faces and positivity in the building gives me a great sense of pride to be working at Singlewire. This is in addition to the knowledge that I can learn from working at the company. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and are always willing to stop what they are working on to share or explain aspects of their jobs and experiences with the interns.

What are your plans for the future?

I will be ending my internship with Singlewire to move to Chicago, Ill. I will be starting work full-time with CDW in their sales department at their downtown Chicago office.

Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I grew up in Verona, Wis. and Madison, Wis. with my two blood brothers at my mother’s house and my five total brothers at my father’s house, respectively. I originally aimed for being an astronaut (original, I know) but changed paths when I initially started programming.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

I’m a Software Engineer Intern working on the User Loader improvement project. Before I joined the other interns when they arrived in June, I worked on Android and iOS providing a ‘Delete All’ function and helping improve the UI, specifically for Android.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

The people are great here. There are always some interesting conversations taking place and everyone is simply awesome. Game days on Tuesdays and Lunch’n’Learns on Thursdays are awesome team-building activities and are always interesting and fun to attend.

What are your plans for the future?

While I’m a programmer currently, I am still aiming towards being an astronaut. How I’m going to get there is unknown, but I do believe that is my end game.

Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I am from New London, Wis., and am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I will be graduating in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management–Entrepreneurship as well as a certificate in Digital Studies.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

I am the marketing communications intern. This summer I have had the opportunity to work on many different projects that have allowed me to learn about the different areas in marketing. A few of my projects consisted of a competitor social media analysis, increasing our social media presence by implementing Instagram, researching backlinking opportunities, creating a status page user guide, and data cleanup.

What is your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

My favorite thing about working at Singlewire is the culture. Everyone in the company is extremely friendly and approachable and is always willing to answer questions and give guidance. The marketing team is also very knowledgeable, and I learn something new every day which is why I have had an amazing experience here!

What are your plans for the future?

I will be a junior in the fall, and next spring, I am studying abroad in Rome for the semester and hope to learn more about international marketing. After that, I hope to have another summer internship and then find a full-time job where I can continue to learn and be challenged!

Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I was born and raised in Cedarburg, Wis. I graduated Cedarburg High School in 2014 and went to college at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. I spent five years there and graduated in May of 2019 with a degree in Information Technology.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

My job title here is Customer Success Specialist Intern, which means I work for both the Customer Success team and the Customer Support team. I work with the support team to reach out to customers with open support cases to make sure their issues have been completely resolved and their InformaCast software is running smoothly. I also help with Customer Success by reaching out to brand new customers and help them with our onboarding process and make sure they have all the tools they need to download our software.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

I’m pretty sure everyone says this, but the people here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I was so nervous on my first day but by my second day I felt right at home here. Everyone is so helpful and very willing to teach me the things I need to learn.

What are your plans for the future?

I hope to become a customer support engineer here at Singlewire and then eventually be in internal tech support.

Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I recently graduated from Waunakee High School with experience programming in several languages learned through UW-Madison, AP, and independent study courses. I have taught Java in South Africa, founded and ran my school district's coding club these past two years, and have long been a STEM tutor.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

I am a software engineer intern at Singlewire, and I am developing the front-end of the User Loader UI for LDAP configuration. This feature will provide customers with a more user-friendly, streamlined method for loading users into InformaCast using LDAP.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

I enjoy the people at Singlewire the most. Everyone here is incredibly welcoming and helpful, which creates a supportive and friendly environment that sparks creativity and fosters collaboration.

What are your plans for the future?

I will be attending UC-Berkeley in the fall to study computer science and astrophysics.

Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I was born in Appleton, Wis. but moved to Oregon, Wis. in third grade and have lived there ever since. I graduated from Oregon High School in 2016 and from there attended school for video game animation.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

I work in internal IT as a Helpdesk Technician. It’s a varied role but I’ve been focusing on IT support for employees and setting up new hires with their computers.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

It would have to be the people. I was nervous about starting a new job, but everyone here welcomed me as part of the Singlewire family.

What are your plans for the future?

To become a permanent employee at Singlewire.

Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I am from Denver, Co., but I have been living in Madison for the past five years while attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I graduated from UW-Madison this past May with majors in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

I am a Software Engineer Intern and I am working with the other two Software Engineer Interns on the User-Loader project. Our goal is to streamline the process by which our customers add user information to InformaCast.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

My favorite thing about Singlewire is the culture. Every person here contributes to a fun, hard-working, and collaborative work environment. Furthermore, everyone believes in making InformaCast a truly amazing product that delivers real value to our customers.

What are your plans for the future?

At the end of this summer, I will be returning to Denver before starting a Ph.D. program in Computer Science at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
