Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I'm from Marshfield, Wis., home of the world's largest round barn (might be second now) and Marshfield Clinic, and that's about it. I'm currently a student at UW-Madison graduating December of 2020 with a degree in economics and computer science.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

I'm a Software Engineer Intern and I've been able to work quite a bit with Clojure and the Cirrus API which has been a fun and challenging adventure. Most of my work has been on the mobile self-service feature.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

I've really enjoyed the people I've gotten to meet and work with. I imagine I would've gotten to know many of you better had there not been a pandemic, but I am thankful for the people I have gotten to know here.

What are your plans for the future?

I'm currently trying to figure this out with graduation staring me down in the midst of a pandemic. Excited to see what my future holds!

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

I am the Marketing Communications Intern at Singlewire this summer. I have been working on various projects with members of the marketing team including inquiry regarding webinar events, data lookup and entry, and researching site traffic on older blog posts to determine what should be archived.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

The company culture! The people here are very genuine and sincerely want to help you grow and learn. Even though we are working remotely this summer, I still feel like I have made great connections with the employees.

What are your plans for the future?

I will be returning to Madison for two more years of school before hopefully landing a great job in the industry. My position at Singlewire this summer has helped me learn a lot about what areas of business I would like to pursue further.

Tell us about your background (hometown, school, area of study, etc.).

I am from Marinette, Wis., where I graduated from Marinette Senior High School. I was one of the founding members of my high school’s First Robotics Team. Now, I return every year during the robotics competition to help mentor new students on how to program and work with our robot as we build it.

What’s your role at Singlewire? What have you been working on?

I am a Software Engineer Intern at Singlewire. Most of my work has been focusing on the backend where my main project was adding new features to our migration tool. This will help ease the transition from InformaCast Advanced to InformaCast Fusion.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Singlewire?

My favorite thing about Singlewire was the people, hands down. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from day one. This made for an extremely collaborative environment where I was excited to work with others and looked forward to our meetings.

What are your plans for the future?

I plan on attending UW-Madison once I save up enough so that I may obtain a four-year degree in computer science.
