EmergencyConnect from Entergrade ensures the right people are reached and have visibility whenever an emergency call is placed in Microsoft Teams. EmergencyConnect integrates with InformaCast from Singlewire Software to initiate InformaCast notifications. When a call is placed using Microsoft Teams phone to an emergency number or 911, these notifications are then sent throughout the organization to inform of a serious situation occurring.
