Solution
The TABLETmedia TRBOserver integrates with Singlewire’s InformaCast software, connecting to any 2-way radios and the major VMS platforms. It natively integrates with Motorola MOTOTRBO radios to send InformaCast notifications as text messages or voice announcements, and receive emergency notifications and initiate events. It also has native bi-directional integrations with Avigilion, Genetec, and Milestone.
Benefits
This integration expands InformaCast’s ability to deliver notifications to 2-way radios while enhancing the alerting capabilities of the TRBOserver. It offers native support for Motorola MOTOTRBO™ radios and repeaters, and works with P25 and other manufacturers’ radios. Organizations can take advantage of:
- Live phone-to-radio communication
- PTT or DTMF automation for instant InformaCast initiation
- Voice and text broadcasting across radio and IP devices
- Voice broadcasting to analog PA systems
- Continuous radio system monitoring and health reporting with TRBOmonitor
Use Cases
TABLETmedia and Singlewire Software serve K-12 schools, hospitals, manufacturers, and corporate or municipal campuses with solutions that help enhance safety and communication. The TRBOserver and Singlewire’s InformaCast can be used to address a variety of issues, including:
- Lockdowns and evacuations where radio users must receive InformaCast alerts, and alerts need to be broadcast via Whelen, Federal Systems, or other analog PA systems.
- Medical codes and staff paging
- Hands-free voice alerts across radios and phones.
- Maintaining voice continuity during cloud or network failures.
