Solution

UPLINX Software produces tools and systems to better manage Cisco Unified Comms. Its products include UPLINX Report Tool, Phone Control Tool, (Auto) Provisioning Systems, Enterprise Directory, and cleanup for Cisco Unified Comms.

UPLINX Report Tool generates comprehensive configuration reports in HTML, Word, and CHM for the configuration of InformaCast, where versions 11 and 12 are supported in Basic and Advanced licenses. Reports for InformaCast Fusion are currently not included. The tool only uses read-only operations via the GET functions of InformaCast REST API and does not write any settings.

InformaCast reports complement the set of reports generated for Cisco Unified Communications for CUCM, CUC, IMP, CER, EW, UCCX, Vmware to provide a comprehensive set of as-built reports. It is used by Cisco partners as a documentation tool and by end-user organizations to operate Cisco Unified Comms deployments.

The trial version can be downloaded from https://www.uplinx.com/downloads. Every 3rd record will be overwritten with the text “not licensed” without a license, but apart from that, it is fully functional

One license of UPLINX Report Tool is required per windows user account and machine. A standard license or higher is required to generate InformaCast reports.
