Swidget’s Luminance platform integrates with Singlewire’s InformaCast to provide a unified, real-time incident response and emergency communication solution. Luminance combines wearable smart badges, location-aware infrastructure, and a centralized management dashboard to help organizations quickly initiate and manage emergency events. Users can trigger alerts for medical emergencies, disturbances, or other critical incidents via a smart badge or a web interface.
When integrated with InformaCast, alerts initiated through Luminance are instantly distributed across an organization’s communication systems, including PA systems, phones, desktops, digital signage, and mobile devices. Simultaneously, Luminance provides real-time location context, activates visual indicators such as color-coded lighting, and captures incident activity in a centralized log for streamlined post-incident review and reporting.
Together, Luminance and InformaCast enable organizations to rapidly activate alerts, deliver clear emergency communications, and coordinate response efforts seamlessly across people, systems, and physical spaces.
