Visitor Management
Category
Visitor management systems give you a clear picture of who’s coming in. They check people in and compare them against databases and your own list of people who aren’t allowed on site. But catching a concern at check-in is only the first step. The right people need to know right away, and know what to do. InformaCast from Singlewire Software carries that concern past the front desk.
A quiet alert in seconds
When your visitor management system is connected to InformaCast, a flagged check-in can quietly alert the right people in seconds on their phones, computers, and other devices. They can respond without alarming the visitor.
Working even more closely with Visitor Aware
When you use Visitor Aware, Singlewire Software’s own visitor management system, check-in and alerts work hand in hand. If someone on your list tries to check in, Visitor Aware holds their badge and shows them a neutral message, so nothing seems out of the ordinary. At the same moment, InformaCast alerts the right people with the visitor’s name and why they were flagged.
From there, the response can grow with the situation. If it calls for more, InformaCast can notify 911 or alert the whole building. And because Visitor Aware knows who’s checked in, you can account for every visitor and start reunification when it’s over.
Working together every day
Your visitor management system and InformaCast work together on ordinary days, too. Visitors checked in for the day can receive alerts about the building they’re in, like a weather notice. Because these alerts are part of a normal visit, everyone on site stays informed, guests included.
Visitor management systems know who’s coming in. Connected to InformaCast, the right people know, too.
